Secure UAE hosting

Customer data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the UAE*, within ISO 27001-certified data centres. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is tightly controlled, and customer data is never sold to third parties.

Audit trails & logging

Every key action is captured in a tamper-evident audit log, giving you full traceability for compliance and investigations.

*Some services are currently served in other secure AWS regions due to availability issues in AWS ME-CENTRAL-1 (Dubai).

Does Safety Mate® support single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

Yes. Multi-factor authentication is supported across the platform, and Enterprise plans include single sign-on through your identity provider - so your team signs in with the company accounts they already have, and access ends automatically when someone leaves.

How is my data encrypted?
